March 27th - Training: Hospitality with Blueprint Employee Training
Join us for a Customer Service Train-the-Trainer Event designed to equip attendees with the tools and confidence to lead impactful customer service training at their local businesses. This session covers essential service principles, including delivering memorable interactions, effective communication styles, tone and body language, empathy, and working with diverse customer personalities. Participants will first experience an express customer service training session, followed by hands-on instruction in teaching techniques, facilitation strategies, and the use of training materials to successfully implement the program in their own workplaces.
